Trauma-Sensitive Yoga — 6-Week Class Series

This 6-week Trauma-Sensitive Yoga series is an evidence-based, therapeutic approach to healing trauma through the body. Rooted in the principles of Trauma-Centered Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), this practice supports nervous-system regulation, choice-making, and reconnection with bodily autonomy in a safe, non-invasive way.

Blended with Tantric principles of presence and embodied awareness, the practice emphasizes gentle movement, interoception, and self-paced exploration—without force, adjustment, or performance. Rather than aiming to “fix” the body, this series creates the conditions for safety, agency, and integration to emerge naturally.

This offering is a supportive alternative therapy for those seeking healing through embodied experience, especially when talk-based approaches alone are not enough.
